Applications are invited for filling up the following posts in SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Andheri(E), Mumbai by appointment on deputation.
Eligibility Criteria:
I. Specified Officer (Deputy Commissioner of Customs)
Pay Band and Grade Pay – 15600-39100 + 6600
Officers of the Central Board of Excise 86 Customs holding analogous posts on regular basis (Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding the appointment in the same or some other organization/ department of the Central government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.)
II. Senior Authorized Officer (Superintendent of Customs)
Pay Band and Grade Pay – 9300-34800 + 4800 Or 9300-3480 + 5400
Officers of the Central Board of Excise 86 Customs holding analogous posts on regular basis (Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding the appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.)
III. Authorized Officer (Preventive Officer) Pay Band and Grade Pay – 9300-34800 + 4600
Officers of the Central Board of Excise 86 Customs holding analogous posts on regular basis (Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding the appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.)
IV. Authorized Officer Examiner Pay Band and Grade Pay – 9300-34800 + 4600
Officers of the Central Board of Excise & Customs holding analogous posts on regular basis
(Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding the appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.)
3. The terms and conditions of deputation will be regulated in accordance with the Instructions contained in Ministry of Finance GM No. 02/29/91/Estt.(Pay-II) dated 5/1/1994 as amended from time to time to draw pay of the post held by them in the parent department plus deputation allowance in accordance with and subject to the conditions laid down in the Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel 85 Training GM No. 2/8/97- ESSTT (Pay-II) dated 11.03.1998 85 No.2/22/B/Estt/Pay/11 dated 3/9/2008 as modified time to time and such other general or special orders issued by the Ministry of Finance.
4. The officers selected will be entitled to transfer T.A and joining time in accordance with the Rules of the Government of India in force.
5. Names of officers who have worked in same SEZ or other SEZs may apply only if cooling off period of 3 years is over.
6. Application on proforma (Annexure-I) of eligible and willing officers who could be relieved in the event of selection along with following documents may be submitted through proper channel:
a) ACR grading for last five years duly attested by the competent authority,
b) Vigilance clearance Certificate,
c) Integrity Certificate,
d) Details of penalty if any imposed during last 10 years and any proceedings pending contemplated for selection as Appraiser on deputation basis.
7. The applicant are advised to forward Advance copy of application to this office. However, the appliction can be considered only after receipt through proper channel.
8. Application found incomplete and in absence of above requirements will not be entertained.
