Prescribed application forms may be obtained on payment of Rs.200/- (for General & OBC category of candidates) (However, SC & ST and female candidates are exempted any fees) in cash from the Cash Section of the Hospital on all working days between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (upto 2.00 p.m. on Saturday). Only the candidate possessing the above qualifications and experience may appear in a walk-in-interview on 31.01.2020 at 11.00 a.m. in the chamber of the Medical Superintendent. Candidates should being copies of all relevant documents and also the original documents at the time of interview. No travelling allowance will be paid to candidates appearing in the Interview.
