Applications are invited from highly motivate and brighter candidates for the position of Project Assistant position in the UGC sponsored project under the supervision of Dr.P.Nazni, Principal Investigator-MRP-BRAN, Syndicate Member, Associate Professor, Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Periyar University, Salem-11.
Title of the Project: Technological and biochemical evaluation of barnyard millet bran for the production of high nutritive and low glycemic bakery products
Name and number of position: Project Assistant, 1 position
Desirable Qualifications: Masters in Food Science & Nutrition, Food Processing, Food Engineering and Food Technology with 55% of marks
Duration of the project: 3 years
Emoluments for the position: Rs.15,400/- including HRA for two years Rs.17,600-/- including HRA for third year
