In continuation of result notice no. 425 dated 02.11.2015 & consequent upon collection of documents in r/o pending candidates for the post code 101/12, Assistant Teacher (Primary) on 18.11.2015 and based on clarification received from CBSE regarding validity of CTET certificate the following candidates are provisionally selected and recommended for appointment for the post of Assistant Teacher (Primary), Dte. of Education, GNCTD under post code 101/12..

The selection of the above 163 Candidates (UR-88, OBC-58, SC-15, URVH -02 shall further be subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions as prescribed by the statutory RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement as indicated in the advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/ handwriting etc. On the application form, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the candidates is liable to be cancelled by the user department also, in case the candidate is found not to be fulfilling the eligibility conditions or due to any other genuine reason. The Competent authority of the department concerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidate after satisfying themselves of their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and on verification of the correctness of the information/documents/caste certificate furnished in the application forms. Further, the recognition of the universities from which the degree/diploma/certificates have been submitted by the candidates should also be verified. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidates over the post.

The User deptt should also satisfy itself about the genuineness and veracity of the certificates submitted by the candidates like educational qualification, caste certificates etc., before issuing of offer of appointment Further, in case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified that the candidate does not belongs to creamy layer of the schedule of Govt. Of India as per the DOPT notifications issued from time to time in this regard.

In case where two or more candidates have obtained equal marks, the User Deptt will have to prepare seniority list according to their seniority in date of birth and in some cases the DOB of candidates mentioned in MMDDYYYY format, the User Department is requested to consider the both format i.e. DDMMYYYY and MMDDYYYY as per the original docugteak of the candidates at the time of original document verification.

Further, in case where two or more candidates have obtained equal marks, the User Deptt is advised to prepare seniority list according to their seniority in date of birth of candidates.

The result of those candidates who were coming in the zone of consideration, out of 78 candidates who were issued provisional admit cards on the basis of Hon’ble CAT order is not declared in view of said CAT order.

The result has been processed keeping in view the eligibility conditions regarding educational qualifications, caste certificates etc. as per RRs and terms & conditions published in Advertisement as on cut-off date i.e. 15.06.2012.

Further, the result of the candidates who are in the zone of consideration, out of the 78 candidates who were issued provisional admit cards on the basis of Hon’ble CAT order is not declared in view of the said CAT order and will be kept in sealed cover.

During the course of documents verification the following candidates is found not eligible due to resons mentioned in the remarks column:-
