Recruitment to 107 posts of General Duty Medical Officer in Directorate of Health & Family Welfare Services, Govt. of Puducherry, advertised vide UPSC Advt. No. 14/2014, Item No. 18, Vacancy No. 14081418123 in the Employment News dated 23.08.2014 and UPSC Notice F.No. 1/152(64)/2014-SPC-I dated 26.02.2015.

This to refer to your On-line application for the above mentioned post(s) and to inform you that based on the Computer Based Recruitment Test held on 01.02.2015, you have been shortlisted provisionally, subject to verification of documents with reference to your eligibility etc. for the above mentioned post (s). Accordingly, you are required to furnish self-attested photocopies of the certificates/documents as per Annexure-I, along with a copy of Online Recruitment Application (ORA), mentioning your name and Roll Number on each document/certificate, by Hand/Speed Post to the Under Secretary (SPC-I), Room No. 3, Main Building, Dholpur House, Shajajan Road, New Delhi – 110069 immediately within 10 days (in
