Salary: Rs.9,300-34,800 + 4,200 G.P
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy
Name of the Post: Lab Technician Grade-II
No of Vacancies: 524 Posts
Salary: Rs.9,300-34,800+GP 4,200
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology course (two years duration) conducted by the King Institute of Preventive Medicine or from any other institution recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu for this purpose.
Provided that, if candidates with the above qualification are not available, then candidates with Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (One year duration) conducted by the institutions recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu for this purpose shall be appointed.

Name of the Post: Dark Room Assistant
No of Vacancies: 234 Posts
Salary: Rs.5,200-20,200+GP 2,400
Educational Qualification: i. A pass in Higher Secondary Course with Science Subjects
(a) Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology;
(or)
(b) Physics, Chemistry, Biology and any one of the related subjects (viz) Mathematics or Computer Science;
and
ii. Certificate for having successfully completed the training course for Dark Room Assistant of any Institution recognised by the State Government (or) Government of India.
