TNPSC Result 2015 – EO.GR.III (VII-B) II OT List published on 07.09.2015 – Certificate Verification

A list of 119 candidates provisionally admitted to Oral Test for appointment by direct recruitment to the post of EXECUTIVE OFFICER, GRADE–III IN THE TAMIL NADU HINDU RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE ENDOWMENTS SUBORDINATE SERVICE INCLUDED IN GROUP VII-B SERVICES, 2013-2014 was published in the Commission’s website on 18.08.2015 based on the results of the written examination conducted by the Commission on 19.10.2013 FN & AN. In order to adhere to the ratio of 1:2/1:3 for admission to Oral Test, it has been decided by the Commission to call candidates for certificate verification in the ratio of 1:3, in the place of absentees for Certificate verification held on 31.08.2015.

Hence, apart from the candidates who had already completed the certificate verification and found eligible, the candidates with the following register numbers are hereby admitted provisionally to the certificate verification for the said post. The certificate verification will be held on 18.09.2015 at the office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Frazer Bridge Road, Chennai – 600 003.

From among those who have been called for CV now, candidates will be admitted to Oral Test in the ratio of 1:2 / 1:3 based on merit and following the rule of reservation of appointments. List of candidates eligible for Oral Test will be published in the Commissions website.

Note:
1. Mere inclusion of the Register Numbers of candidates will not imply that his/her candidature has been fully considered for Oral Test.

2. The candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the above list have been admitted provisionally to the certificate verification based on the marks obtained by them in the Computer Based Test, Educational Qualification possessed by them. The admission of candidates to certificate verification is provisional, subject to verification and acceptance of their claim in their online applications towards Age, Educational Qualification etc, through original documents. If any of their claims are found to be false or incorrect, their provisional admission to certificate verification will be cancelled and their application will be rejected.

3. The admission of the above candidates to the certificate verification is purely provisional, subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the final orders to be passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras in the WPs (if any) and any other cases pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court, Madras/Madurai Bench of Madras High Court relating to this recruitment.

4. Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the certificate verification are hereby advised to attend the certificate verification with all the relevant documents in original, without fail. Failure to produce even any one of the essential document will result in their non-admission to the Oral Test.
