Written Exam Result CENTRALISED EMPLOYMENT NOTICE No.02/2014 Junior Engineer (IT) (Candidates eligible for document verification)
1. Based on the performance in the written examination conducted on 14.12.2014, following are the roll numbers of candidates, who are provisionally qualified to attend document verification to be held on 24.08.2015 at office of Railway Recruitment Board, Secunderabad, for the post of Junior Engineer (IT), category No. 70 of C.E.N. No. 02/2014.
2. As the results can also be seen on website http://rrbsecunderabad.nic.in and all the candidates have applied only through online mode of application, there is no separate call letter being issued by post to attend document verification. Request for change of date and time for document verification will not be entertained.
3. Candidates are required to produce for verification the following original certificates/ documents in support of their candidature (as applicable).
(i) Matriculation/High School Examination Certificate or Equivalent certificate (Proof for Date of Birth and Matric Qualification).
(ii) Diploma / Degree Certificate (As applicable).
(iii) Caste Certificate for SC/ST – Annexure-3.
(iv) Caste Certificate for OBC – Annexure-4.
(v) Income Certificate for Waiving Examination Fee – Annexure-7.
(vi) Medical Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) – Annexure-9.
(vii) NOC from serving employees/Ex-Servicemen.
(viii) Minority declaration on Non-judicial Stamp Paper.
(xi) Two recent passport size colour photographs.
(x) Two sets of attested copies of all original certificates.
4. Candidates, who are already serving employees in any central / State Government Department including Railways or public sector undertakings, are required to produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer during document verification without fail. Note: Candidates should note that in case a communication is received from their employer by the RRB concerned withholding permission to the candidates applying for/ appearing at the examination, their candidature is liable to be rejected / cancelled.
5. Candidates applying against reserved vacancies (SC/ST/OBC) and/ or seeking age relaxation must submit requisite caste certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority (The Certificates, as applicable should be submitted during document verification). Otherwise, their claim for reserved status (SC/ST/OBC) will not be entertained and the candidature of such candidates, if fulfilling all the eligibility conditions for General (Un-reserved) category, will
be considered under General (UR) vacancy only.
