A Walk-in-Interview for appointment of Junior Residents (Non Academic) for Indian National on purely Temporary Basis for a period of Six Months Initially, (extendable to a maximum of one year on satisfactory performance) in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. New Delhi will be held on 31st August 2016. Annexure4 (Application Form) and Annexure¬II (Format of OBC Certificate) will be available on Hospital Website (www.rmlh.nic.in)

• Vacancies may increase or decrease at the time of Interview. The Number of Vacancies ndicated as above are provisional includes anticipated vacancies. This is subjected to change without any notice.
2. Emoluments: Pre-revised Pay band Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-Grade Pay (PB-3) and revised Pay in Pay Matrix (Level 10) under CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016. Other allowances admissible as per rules.
3. Eligibility:
(a) MBBS from a recognized University.
(b) Should be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
(c) Only those candidates who have completed/ likely to complete Internship by 01¬08-16 may apply.
(d) The candidates who completed Internship before 01.08-14 need not apply; as such candidates would not be eligible.
(e) Those who have already done/ doing Jr. Residency in Government organization for more than 06 Months are not eligible.
(f) OBC Certificate only as per Annexure -II with required validity as mentioned at para 5(b) below.
4. Age Limit:
(a) Relaxable 33 Years for OBC & 35 Years for SC/ST Category/ as on 31-08-2016.
(b) Age Relaxation of 10 years for Persons with Disability (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC candidates).
5. Reservation: All reservations will be considered in the above posts strictly in accordance with prescribed norms/rules.
(a) SC/ST candidates to submit copy of Community/ Caste Certificate for designated authority.
(b) OBC candidates should submit OBC Certificate as per given Annexure having date of Issue on or after 01.04-2013 Vide OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res-I) dated 31.03-2016 of DOPT, Ministry of Personal & Public Grievance & Pensions, New Delhi.
(c) Persons with disability (PWD) to produce/submit a certificate issued by a competent medical authority.
6. Terms & Condition of Recruitment:
(a) Eligible candidates will present themselves for registration at Academic Section, Academic Block, PGIMER Building at 9-30 a.m. on the date specified for the interview of the Junior Residents alongwith all relevant documents in original together with self attested copies of all documents in support of their candidature for the post, two Passport size photographs. No application of candidate will be received after 11-00 a.m. If the candidates for a particular day are large in number, they may be called on subsequent days and will be notified on the date of interview.
(b) Prescribed Application form (Annexure-l) should be accompanied with self attested copies of all Mark Sheets of M.B.BS Examination, DMC Registration Certificate, Internship completion certificate, Category certificate, 10th Class passing certificate and copy of Aadhar Card with non-refundable Demand Draft/ Indian Postal Order of Rs. 500/- for OBC candidates payable to PAO, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi-110 001 at New Delhi, purchased/ issued after the date of advertisement. SC/ST & OPC (PwD) Candidates are exempted as per Govt. Rules.
(c) Crucial date for determination of eligibility with reference to age, qualification and experience etc. will be on 31-08-2016.
(d) All future information, Corrigendum, clarification in this regard will be displayed on the notice board of Academic Section & hospital website (www.rmlh.nicin).
(e) No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
Note: It is also notified here that in case the number of candidates found suitable & selected in special drive low and the overall total vacancy including UR (General) seats is high the hospital may decide recruit Junior Residents on Adhoc basis open to all categories. RMLH Recruitment 2016 – 1 Post X-Ray Assistant last date 14.03.2016
PGIMER, Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi proposes to engage 1 Assistant Professor in Urology discipline purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier, on a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 85,000/- (Rupees eighty five thousand only). Suitable and willing candidate may attend walk-in-interview and report at the Office of Registrar, PGIMER, Room No. 107, 1st Floor, Administrative Block by 10.00 a.m. on 2nd August 2016 positively with the application in the prescribed form alongwith 6 passport size photographs, original and photocopies of relevant documents. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
2. Educational Qualification
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of education qualification included in part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post Graduate degree in the concerned Speciality/Super Speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule-IV of Central Health Services Rules, 2014 i.e. M.Ch. (Urology)
3. Experience:
At least three years teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Speciality/Super Speciality in a recognized teaching Institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.

Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital proposes to fill up the posts of Junior Radiographer on regular basis, as per the details given below. Eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below may apply.
Name of the Post: X-Ray Assistant (Group “C” Non-Gazettted Non Ministerial)
No. of Vacant Posts: 01 (One) (OBC)
Scale of Pay: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (Relaxable for Govt. servants in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.)
Educational Qualification:
(a) 12th Pass with Science from a recognized Board;
(b) Certificate or Diploma in Radiography (Two year duration) from a recognized Institute. Desirable Qualifications/Experience: Not Applicable
Application Fee:
All Candidates should submit the application fee in the form of a “Crossed Demand Draft for Rs.1001- (Rupees One Hundred only) issued by any Nationalized Bank, which is Non-refundable. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer”, Dr. R.M.L. Hospital, payable at New Delhi.
Eligibility for Applicants:
Applicants must fulfill the educational qualifications, experience and age limit and other criteria for the post applied for, as on the last date of receipt of the applications i.e. on or before 14.03.2016, failing which the application shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Candidates are, therefore advised to satisfy themselves about their eligibility before applying for the post that they possess the requisite essential qualification and experience. The Hospital will not enter into any correspondence on their ineligibility. The pre¬scribed essential qualifications are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not enti¬tle candidates to be called for the interview/selection.
The maximum age indicated for the post is for general category candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit will he available to OBC candidates as per Govt. of India instructions issued from time to time.
Note: All Government Servants, including the officials working in this Institution, shall apply after obtaining the age relaxation certificate (copy of age relaxation certificate to be enclosed) from their concerned Department/Ministry for claim for age relaxation.
Scheme of Selection:
Selection to the said posts will be on the basis of interview, which will be conducted by a duly con¬stituted Selection Committee. However, if the number of applications received for a particular post is large, then the hospital reserves the right to lay down any criteria for the purpose of short list¬ing of the candidates for interview.
